GABBAR is back – Gabbar is a BRAND or rather a
blessing for them
As the name says gabbar as a character is lovable
(the one from sholay with his dialogues) , but here is a movie that goes up in
the 1st half & IS BACK down in the 2nd half...
The typical 'One man army' character fighting corruption is what is portrayed again which is the impractical part of Bollywood, u find resemblance to movies like Singham,singham returns salman khan south remakes & Ungli as well to some extent.

Kumar as gabbar has done his part pretty well & there is a story in the
movie but overexposure to gabbar & monotonous scenes of policemen brings a
bit boredom at times.
The idea is good but nothing very unique ,villain & heroine part is the same which we watch in such movies wherein Shruti hassan comes just to divert the topic with her google research jokes & couple of duet songs.Sunil grover aka gutthi has a very serious role & his humour is not at all used.
Music is pretty avoidable & direction is Ok for Krish for this south Remake.
